So fast forward to 60 days into my 90 days journey of weight losing I thought to myself, since I’ve already lost about 18KG I shall not waste this opportunity and embarked on my physical 90 days challenge!
So what I will be doing on a daily basis is an inspiration from darebee.com.
In the morning I will be doing 1 minute of jumping jack. (will slowly increase the timing)
In the afternoon to start with 50 squats (when I’m ready to increase to more)
In the evening to do the Arm of Steel Workout (https://darebee.com/challenges/arms-of-steel.html)
I believe people are skeptical on the program, mainly having concerns whether we will rebound over time. The main point is to cultivate the habit of our changed lifestyle and not abuse food like before. #1healthymeal@atime
