BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

By booking through the website under the domain name nu-lifestyle.com (the 'website' or 'site') you are entering into an agreement with us, Nulife on the terms and conditions set out below.

This includes without limitation the following: ​

  • All free or paid-for online appointments

  • All free or paid-for consultations and in-person appointments

  • Any free or paid-for events 

The term 'us', 'we', 'owner' and 'our' is in reference to NULIFE, a lifestyle brand based in Singapore. These terms and conditions of sale are additional to and not a substitute for the general terms and conditions of this website. ​

APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS 

All appointment and consultation bookings will be done on a first come, first serve basis. Once booked, a confirmation email will be sent to your email, normally within 24hrs. You are responsible for making sure that the information in your order is correct before confirming the order. 

 

If you are unable to see the confirmation screen or have any other problems, please contact us here and we will do our best help. Alternatively, you can contact us at nulifestyle18@gmail.com to place a booking. Those placing a booking with us via email will need to provide their contact information, desired service and preferred dates. A response may not be given if any of the information required is not included. Once again, it is your responsibility to make sure that the information provided during bookings are correct before confirming your order. 

When booking any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the general terms and conditions of our website. Our goal is to provide quality service to all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other customers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

When booking an appointment, please be aware that you will be holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customer. All cancellations and reschedules are required to be made 7 days in advance as appointments are in high demand and your cancellation or re-schedule may affect other clients. In an event a cancellation or re-scheduling is required, please email our Founder KH at nulifestyle18@gmail.com or Co-founder, Shaen at shaentan@live.com as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 1 working day. 

We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion to: 

  • Alter the program of our services to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances 

  • Change any in-person appointments to online appointments 

  • Cancel or re-schedule any appointments without notice 

It may be necessary in some circumstances for us to cancel an appointment. This could be due to issues such as unforeseen circumstances or unfavourable weather. If a cancellation or re-schedule happens on our end, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule your appointment for an alternative date. In an event an alternative date cannot be arranged Nulife will provide a refund on any paid bookings made. Note: If a cancellation is to be made by, Nulife cannot be held responsible for any cost incurred by you, the client for travel, accommodation or any other related services outside of the amount paid for booking our service. Any contact regarding a reschedule or cancellation will be in the form of an email so you are advised to check your email inbox to prevent any unnecessary travel or accommodation. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any of your statutory rights which may not be legally excluded. 

LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS

Any cancellation made within less that 3 days before the booking/appointment will be considered late. A 'No Show' is considered when a customer misses any appointment without notice or cancellation. In both cases, we may impose a “Not Allowed to Book Appointment” rule on you, the client for any future appointments and bookings. 

ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to remove from an event or refuse service to anyone who: 

  • Behaves in a way that adversely affects the enjoyment of others 

  • Uses threatening, abusive or insulting language or behaviour, or in any way provokes a breach of the peace towards us or others

  • Appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol 

LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments operate based on time slot booked. Bookings cannot be changed once completed. Customers and/or clients who arrive late may be refused service or experience reduced services due to time constraint. Nulife will not be held liable for any reduced services or refusal of service due to lateness of the client/customer. 

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS

Our terms and conditions of sale may be changed. Please review them regularly. If you continue to use the website after a change has been made you are deemed to have accepted it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable to you in any circumstance for any loss of business, revenue, profits whether direct or indirect. We will also not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss of any kind and in each case howsoever arising, under these terms and conditions even if you have advised us of the possibility of same.

Our maximum liability to you under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total amount you paid for any paid services.

Nulife shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of its obligations in relation to any bookings made by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall serve to exclude or limit the Nulife's liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by the our negligence or the negligence of its officers, employees, partners or for any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot, as a matter of law, be excluded or limited.

The limitations set out in this section apply equally for the benefit of Nulife.

We are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We process personal information in accordance with the data protection legislation.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions of 'sale' shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any discputes arising in relation to the website shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore. If any of these terms or conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
